Keeping your windows dry during a Saskatoon winter is a challenge for any home. But this build up of ice poses a serious threat your flooring.

During the day this build up of ice will slowly melt and pool at the bottom of the window sill. Without making a sound the water will eventually run down your wall and rest on your flooring. If it’s not caught immediately you’re flooring will begin to absorb the water causing irreversible damages.

If you begin to notice changes in your flooring around windows be sure to look for signs of water. Catching it before it pools could save you thousands of dollars.
